A deposit of IDR 100,000 is required to secure your appointment slot. This will be applied to your final bill. You can send deposit to BCA BANK: 456923194.

We know things happen. If you need to reschedule, reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of IDR 100,000 - either deducted from your deposit or charged separately. 

Again, things happen. Send us a message or call if you are going to be late. Please note - if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may reschedule your service which will result in a IDR 100,000 deduction from your deposit or a separate charge.

Most of our treatments are completed within one hour. Some of the more advance treatments can take up to two hours. If you have any questions before booking your treatment, please give us a call.
